I can help you overcome these difficulties and guide you through the process of creating the life you want to live. I offer a full DBT program of individual sessions, skills group and phone coaching

Counseling can be beneficial for people who are trying to create balance in their lives. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you. I am currently licensed in PA, DE and NJ.
